The Military Training Instructor Office is responsible for assisting the school in promoting student life counseling and maintaining campus safety. Its duties include military training personnel and logistics (such as salary, retirement benefits, military insurance, and related subsidies), traffic safety, student shuttle bus management, and national defense education. Additionally, the office handles military service term reduction applications, assists in preventing student drug abuse, organizes youth service mobilization, and provides guidance for the Chun-Hui Club.

In terms of student counseling, the office helps address student behavioral issues, provides emergency contact services for parents, and offers recommendations for student rewards and punishments. It also intervenes in special or incidental events when necessary. Regarding campus bullying and gender equality cases, the office serves as one of the windows for reporting and coordination. Furthermore, it collaborates with the Student External Affairs Committee to manage matters such as part-time jobs, off-campus housing, stationing, joint patrols, and mentorship programs. The office also handles various ad hoc tasks and aligns with school administrative policies to implement school-wide initiatives, ensuring campus order and student welfare.
