School Features

校慶活動一、落實現行教育政策於校務工作,因應學校發展之需求與特色之建立,推動教育部高中優質化、均質化計畫、教師專業發展與教師專業社群、扶弱計畫、科普與人文教育、生命與生涯教育、創意與健康校園營造,推動藝術教育與國際教育等均融入辦學重點,以優質學校為指標,以展現學校教育品質。

I. Implementation of Current Educational Policies and Excellence Programs

We implement current educational policies into school operations to meet development needs and establish school characteristics. Key initiatives include the Ministry of Education's High School Excellence Program, the High School Equalization Program, teacher professional development and professional learning communities, support programs for disadvantaged students, popular science and humanities education, life and career education, and the creation of a creative and healthy campus. We also integrate art education and international education into our core focus, aiming to demonstrate high educational quality as a benchmark school.


二、符應當前教育政策,修訂「校務發展計畫」之具體目標,依學校發展願景,建構優質家齊文化:

II. Goals of the School Development Plan

In compliance with current educational policies, we have revised the specific goals of the "School Development Plan" based on our vision to build a high-quality "Chia Chi" culture:

  1. 建立優質校園環境,充實教學設備,善用資源以利學生多元學習。

    1. Establish a high-quality campus environment, upgrade teaching equipment, and utilize resources to facilitate diverse student learning.

  2. 提昇師資素質,改進課程教材教法,善用差異化教學方法與多元評量策略,提升學習成就。

    2. Enhance teacher quality, improve curriculum pedagogy, and utilize differentiated instruction and multiple assessment strategies to boost learning achievements.

  3. 適性輔導學生,適性揚才以成就每一個孩子。

    3. Provide adaptive counseling to help every child develop according to their aptitude.

  4. 強化學生生活教育、道德教育和品格教育藉以培育健全公民。

    4. Strengthen life education, moral education, and character education to cultivate sound citizens.

  5. 注重人文教育,提昇學生文化素養。

  8. 成立實驗班與特色招生班級,提供多元招生管道。

三、與時俱進調整策略,適時檢討;因應十二年國民教育政策,調整校辦學方向,辦理實驗教育,建立本校課程特色,更新充實設備,吸引優秀學子。

III. Response to the 12-Year Basic Education Policy

We adjust strategies to keep pace with the times and review them timely. In response to the 12-Year Basic Education policy, we are adjusting our educational direction, implementing experimental education, establishing unique curriculum features, and upgrading equipment to attract outstanding students.


四、辦理及鼓勵教師參加各項研習及進修,吸收新知,提升教師專業素養,改進教學方法,提高教學品質。

IV. Teacher Professional Growth

We organize and encourage teachers to participate in various workshops and advanced studies to absorb new knowledge, enhance professional literacy, improve teaching methods, and raise teaching quality.


五、加強專業、實作和實驗等課程,鼓勵學生動手操作,並有效管理相關設備設施與加強安全維護,提供學生安全的專業知能與技能學習場所。

V. Practical and Experimental Courses

We strengthen professional, practical, and experimental courses, encouraging hands-on operation by students. We also effectively manage facilities and reinforce safety maintenance to provide a safe environment for learning professional knowledge and skills.


六、提昇學生學習興趣及專業技能,選拔優秀學生參加校外各項競賽,除藉由參與競賽讓學生切磋學習心得外,競賽成績表現優異。

VI. Performance in External Competitions

We aim to enhance student interest and professional skills by selecting outstanding students for external competitions. Through these competitions, students exchange learning experiences, and our school consistently achieves excellent results.


七、舞蹈班辦學績效卓著,學生表現優異,多次獲邀國內、外展演。

VII. Achievements of the Dance Class

The Dance Class has achieved remarkable success. Students perform exceptionally well and are frequently invited to perform both domestically and internationally.


八、結合三好校園實踐學校計畫與高中優質化深化品格教育、透過「典範學習」與「服務學習」引導全校師生實踐「說好話、存好心、做好事」於日常生活之中。

VIII. Character Education and "Three Acts of Goodness" Campus

Combining the "Three Acts of Goodness" Campus Practice Plan with the High School Excellence Program, we deepen character education. Through "Role Model Learning" and "Service Learning," we guide all faculty and students to practice "Speak Good Words, Do Good Deeds, and Think Good Thoughts" in daily life.


九、連結在地影像教育資源,聚焦性別平權議題,藉由校園影展與包場觀賞方式,提升全校師生性別平權意識,促進多元性別尊重。

IX. Gender Equality and Image Education

We connect with local image/film education resources, focusing on gender equality issues. Through campus film festivals and private screenings, we raise gender equality awareness among faculty and students and promote respect for gender diversity.


十、結合學生環保QA志工團隊推動環境教育,環境教育推動績效屢獲肯定,並於2015年入選臺美生態學校聯盟,獲得銅牌殊榮。

X. Environmental Education and Eco-Schools

Collaborating with student environmental QA volunteer teams, our promotion of environmental education has received repeated recognition. In 2015, we were selected for the Taiwan-U.S. Eco-Schools Partnership and awarded the Bronze distinction.


十一、辦理各項公益活動與華山基金會、以琳之家合作,另於校慶園遊會舉辦換喚愛二手物品義賣,凝聚師生關懷力量,幫助弱勢團體。

XI. Public Welfare and Charity

We organize various charity activities in cooperation with the Huashan Foundation and Elim Home. Additionally, we hold the "Exchange Love" second-hand charity sale during the school anniversary fair to rally the care of teachers and students and help disadvantaged groups.


十二、辦理文化走讀與踏查活動提供多元學習、紓解課業壓力。

XII. Cultural Walking Tours

We organize cultural walking tours and field trips to provide diverse learning opportunities and relieve academic stress.


十三、辦理日本教育旅行增進國際視野並與廣島神邊旭高校締結姊妹校,除了互訪交流,更推動交換學生計畫,選派優秀學生赴對方學校短期交流,深化臺日情誼,與世界做朋友,拓展師生國際視野。

XIII. International Exchange (Japan)

We organize educational trips to Japan to broaden international perspectives and have established a sister school relationship with Hiroshima Kannabe Asahi High School. Beyond mutual visits, we promote student exchange programs, selecting outstanding students for short-term exchanges to deepen Taiwan-Japan friendship, make friends with the world, and expand the global vision of faculty and students.


十四、積極培養學生寫作表達以及獨立思考能力,鼓勵學生參加網路讀書心得寫作比賽,及小論文寫作比賽,定期辦理與課本作家有約,結合在地藝文資源辦理校園影展,提升師生藝文涵養、人文關懷素養與媒體識讀力。

XIV. Writing and Media Literacy

We actively cultivate students' writing expression and independent thinking abilities, encouraging participation in online book review and essay competitions. We regularly host "Meet the Textbook Author" events and combine local arts resources to hold campus film festivals, enhancing the artistic literacy, humanistic care, and media literacy of teachers and students.


十五、強力推動經典作品閱讀,獲選誠品基金會創意閱讀提案,並和臺灣文學館「館校合作」,跨校進行師生讀書會,赴閱讀資源相對較缺乏之中小學,「為愛朗讀」辦理閱讀營隊,豐富偏鄉孩童閱讀資源與精神生活。

XV. Reading Promotion

We strongly promote the reading of classic works and were selected for the Eslite Foundation's Creative Reading Proposal. Through a "Museum-School Collaboration" with the National Museum of Taiwan Literature, we conduct inter-school reading clubs. We also organize "Read for Love" reading camps at elementary and middle schools with limited resources, enriching the reading resources and spiritual lives of children in remote areas.


十六、藉由與文創團隊跨界合作,激發師生創意結合公益關懷和在地藝文推廣,同時籌組圖書館文化志工服務隊進行好書推薦、讀書會及圖書館資源推廣。

XVI. Cultural Innovation and Library Volunteers

Through cross-disciplinary collaboration with cultural and creative teams, we inspire faculty and student creativity combined with public welfare and local arts promotion. We also organize a Library Cultural Volunteer Team to conduct book recommendations, reading clubs, and library resource promotion.


十七、推動產業需求導向課程,尋求相關機構建教合作機會,加強產學合作,落實學用合一,提升實習教學成效與學生實作能力。

XVII. Industry-Academia Cooperation

We promote industry-demand-oriented curricula, seek cooperative education opportunities with relevant institutions, and strengthen industry-academia cooperation. This implements the integration of learning and application, enhancing internship effectiveness and students' practical abilities.


十八、配合教育部「提升青年學生全球移動力計畫」之推廣,申請通過「大手牽小手」-我國高中生與大專院校外籍生交流計畫,以「國際視野、在地交流」為主軸,增進大專院校外籍學生與本校學生之交流。

XVIII. Global Mobility

In line with the Ministry of Education's "Program for Enhancing Global Mobility of Young Students," we successfully applied for the "Big Hands Holding Small Hands" program. This initiative focuses on "International Vision, Local Exchange," fostering interaction between foreign university students and our students.


十九、與國際青年文化交流協會(International Cultural Youth Exchange)合作媒合希臘籍、芬蘭籍、印尼籍、拉脫維亞籍國際志工駐校交流,增進學生連結在地人文關懷與拓展國際視野。

XIX. International Volunteers (ICYE)

We partner with the International Cultural Youth Exchange (ICYE) to host international volunteers from Greece, Finland, Indonesia, and Latvia for resident exchanges. This connects students with local humanistic care while expanding their international horizons.


二十、落實證照制度並增加學生參觀職場機會,積極輔導學生面對就業之需要,暢通技職教育進路。

XX. Certification and Career Counseling

We implement a certification system and increase opportunities for workplace visits, actively counseling students on employment needs and smoothing pathways for vocational education.


二十一、提昇學生學習興趣及專業技能,選拔優秀學生參加校外切磋學習心得加強培養人才。

XXI. Skill Excellence

We enhance student interest and professional skills by selecting outstanding students for external exchanges and competitions to strengthen talent cultivation.


二十二、本校輔導處為臺灣諮商輔導學會核定之合格實習機構,招收駐地實習諮商心理師,協助教育輔導界培育青少年輔導之諮商專業人才。

XXII. Counseling Internship Institution

Our Counseling Office is a qualified internship institution certified by the Taiwan Guidance and Counseling Association. We recruit resident intern counseling psychologists, assisting the education sector in cultivating professional counseling talent for youth guidance.


二十三、運籌經費配合校務發展,落實預算編製;嚴守內部審核制度,簡化各項申請程序,定期審酌校務基金之財務及預估收支情形,達到開源節流之績效並經費上網公告。

XXIII. Financial Management and Budgeting

We manage funds to support school development and implement budget preparation. We strictly adhere to internal audit systems, simplify application procedures, and regularly review the financial status and estimated revenue/expenditure of the school fund. We aim to achieve fiscal efficiency (increasing revenue and reducing expenditure) and publicly announce financial information online.
