一、襄理校務 | Administrative Support and Management

  • (一) 襄助校長規畫與推展全校性政策與活動

    • Assisting the Principal in planning and promoting school-wide policies and activities.

  • (二) 總體性校務之聯繫與整合

    • Coordinating and integrating general school administrative affairs.

  • (三) 一般性校務之新聞稿撰寫與發佈

    • Drafting and distributing press releases for general school news.

  • (四) 審核校長授權之公文書或相關資料

    • Reviewing official documents and related materials as authorized by the Principal.

  • (五) 校長與親、師、生會談之相關紀錄

    • Recording meetings between the Principal and parents, teachers, or students.

二、計劃管制與追蹤考核 | Project Control and Performance Evaluation

  • 負責重大專案之進度管制與績效追蹤。

    (Responsible for project monitoring, progress control, and performance evaluation.)

三、其他事項 | Miscellaneous Duties

  • (一) 社區機構與學校與學生家長之聯繫與反應

    • Liaising with community organizations and handling feedback from parents.

  • (二) 校史相關資料之建立

    • Establishing and maintaining archives related to the school’s history.

  • (三) 外賓來訪接待相關業務

    • Managing reception and protocols for visiting international guests and dignitaries.

  • (四) 校長交辦之業務

    • Executing other duties and tasks as assigned by the Principal.
