Responsibilities:
組織本校編制與職務規劃,辦理教職員之聘任派免、考核獎懲、差假進修、退休撫卹、福利保險及人事資料管理等相關業務,並處理臨時交辦事項。
Responsible for organizational staffing and job planning. Manages faculty and staff recruitment, appointments, dismissals, performance evaluations, rewards and penalties. Handles attendance, advanced studies, retirement, pensions, welfare, insurance, and personnel data management, as well as ad-hoc tasks.
