  • II. Appointments, Removals, and Transfers: Matters concerning the appointment, removal, transfer, salary verification, leave without pay, and reinstatement of faculty and staff.

  • III. Attendance and Leave Management: Management of faculty and staff leave, attendance, and salary deductions for unauthorized absences.

  • IV. Performance Evaluation: Administration of annual performance appraisals, special evaluations, and records of routine performance assessments for faculty and staff.

  • V. Awards and Professional Development: Processing rewards for senior and meritorious teachers, as well as matters related to faculty and staff overseas travel, training, and advanced studies.

  • VI. Compensation and Welfare: Matters regarding compensation, benefits, public and health insurance, retirement and pensions, physical examinations, cultural and recreational activities, and birthday celebrations.

  • VII. Miscellaneous Tasks: Other ad-hoc tasks and duties assigned by superiors.
