    本職位綜理全校歲計、會計與統計業務,負責本室人員考績、獎懲及相關人事作業,並辦理其他臨時交辦事項。

    Oversee school-wide budgeting, accounting, and statistics affairs; responsible for performance evaluation, rewards, penalties, and related personnel tasks for office staff; handle other assigned temporary tasks.

    1. 年度預(概)算之籌編。

      Preparation of the annual budget (and estimates).

    2. 收支估計預分配算等會計報告之編報。

      Compilation and reporting of accounting reports such as revenue/expenditure estimates and budget allocation.

    3. 預算執行之控管簽證及內部審核事項。

      Control, authorization (visa), and internal audit of budget execution.

    4. 歲計公文收發、文稿簽擬、存檔等。

      Receiving, sending, drafting, and archiving of budget-related official documents.

    5. 經依規定程序辦理之經費流用彙編。

      Compilation of fund transfers processed according to regulations.

    6. 年度終了時權責發生數申請保留彙編。

      Compilation of applications for retaining accruals at the end of the fiscal year.

    7. 其他臨時交辦事項。

      Other assigned temporary tasks.

    1. 編報各項會計月報表、半年報、年度決算。

      Compile and report monthly accounting reports, semi-annual reports, and annual final accounts.

    2. 開立付款憑單、各項傳票。

      Issue payment vouchers and various accounting vouchers.

    3. 財產管理之審核、統一自行收據號碼銷號等內部審核事項。

      Internal audit matters such as property management review and write-off of unified receipt numbers.

    4. 總帳、明細帳等各種帳簿登記、裝訂、保管。

      Registration, binding, and custody of general ledgers, subsidiary ledgers, and other account books.

    5. 協助預算及各種調查表之填製。

      Assist in filling out budgets and various survey forms.

    6. 兼辦統計業務。

      Concurrently handle statistical affairs.

    7. 其他臨時交辦事項。

      Other assigned temporary tasks.
