    • Formulating and drafting the center’s annual strategic and operational work plans.

  • Tutor & Class Advisor Recruitment

    • Managing the selection and appointment of class tutors and faculty advisors.

  • Meeting Coordination

    • Presiding over and organizing Student Affairs Meetings, Moral Education Review Committees, ad-hoc student meetings, and Tutor Consultative Meetings.

  • Supervision and Evaluation

    • Conducting performance monitoring, supervision, and formal evaluations of departmental staff and programs.

  • Crisis Management

    • Handling and responding to major emergencies and unexpected campus incidents.

  • Activity Oversight

    • Supervising and executing activities organized by various sections within the Student Affairs Office.

  • Student Safety & Emergency Drill Planning

    • Planning and overseeing student safety education and various emergency response/disaster drills.

  • Student Affairs Development Planning

    • Developing long-term strategic plans for the growth and improvement of student services.

  • Campus Gender Equity Incident Handling

    • Managing and processing campus gender-related incidents in accordance with legal and institutional protocols.
