一、綜理一般教務行政事項。

  1. Oversee general administrative matters regarding academic affairs.

二、擬訂年度教務工作計畫。 2. Formulate the annual academic affairs work plan.

三、召開有關會議: 3. Convene relevant meetings:

  1. 教務相關會議 (1) Academic affairs-related meetings

  2. 各科教學研究會 (2) Subject teaching research committee meetings

  3. 三年級升學輔導會議 (3) 12th-grade (senior year) college advancement counseling meetings

  4. 課程發展委員會議 (4) Curriculum Development Committee meetings

  5. 學生適性轉銜(轉科)會議 (5) Student aptitude transition (transfer of major) meetings

  6. 大學多元入學委員會議(繁星推薦推甄、技職繁星、申請入學等) (6) University Multi-Route Admission Committee meetings (Star Plan Recommendation, Vocational Star Plan, Individual Application, etc.)

  7. 辦理臺南區各項與招生相關會議 (7) Organize various admission-related meetings for the Tainan district

四、 會同人事室遴聘各科兼(代)課教師。 4. Collaborate with the Personnel Office to recruit and hire adjunct and substitute teachers for all subjects.

五、 編排各科教師授課課程。 5. Arrange teaching schedules for teachers of all subjects.

六、 審查教務處行事曆。 6. Review the Academic Affairs Office calendar.

七、 綜理各項招生工作。 7. Oversee all student recruitment and admission tasks.

八、 撰寫與執行高中優質化計畫等競爭型計畫。 8. Draft and execute competitive projects such as the High School Quality Improvement Program.

九、 配合校務工作計畫訂定年度研究發展項目。 9. Establish annual research and development items in alignment with the school development plan.

十、 負責編定本處室年度預算。 10. Compile the annual budget for the office.

十一、督導與考核。 11. Supervision and performance evaluation.

十二、其他教務工作相關事項。 12. Handle other matters related to academic affairs.

十三、協助其他處室及辦理應配合事項。 13. Assist other offices and handle assigned cooperative tasks.
